Visit any of our partner hospitals or clinics with your HMO ID card. You’ll be attended to based on your plan coverage without paying out-of-pocket, except for services not covered.
Can I change my hospital or doctor?
Yes, members can request to change their hospital or primary care provider. Changes are subject to approval and may take effect at the beginning of the next month.
What should I do in case of an emergency?
In case of an emergency, go to the nearest accredited hospital immediately. Notify our customer care within 24 hours so we can authorize your treatment promptly.
